1. HUMAN RESOURCES

The position

Main responsibilities include:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, to drive the Corporation's management development strategy, providing support to line management on a competency and skills based performance management and development of training programs. Also, effective interaction with training consultants and educational institutions for technical training and teaching facilitation.

Person Specifications:

Master's degree in Social Science from a reputable HEC recognized university, with a certification in HRM, MBA/MPA with HRM major preferred. A pro-active approach, strong analytical, communication (including excellent writing skills in English) and interpersonal skills are necessary attributes. Candidates must have 7-10 years related experience in a results driven organization. At least 5- years in HR with both strategic and day to day focus is highly.

Age limit:

45 years, relaxable in deserving cases

2. FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

The Position

Main responsibilities include:

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Accounts, to ensure accurate recording of accounting information; timely payment and presentation of periodical financial statements under tight reporting deadlines. Managing working capital and cash flows; investment of surplus funds. Budgetary controls for Capital and Revenue Budgets through Budgetary control reports. Ensuring coordination with internal and external auditors, banks, financial institutions and leasing companies.

Persons Specifications:

Partly qualified Chartered Accountant with training from a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants and upto three years experience in Finance & Accounts in a top ranking industrial undertaking.

5-7 years post articleship experience in a manufacturing environment in a management position is highly desirable. Knowledge of laws, rules & regulations, banking procedures letter of credit and interest rates scenario.

Age limit:

45 years, relaxable in deserving cases.

The positions require proficiency is using MS Office (Also specialized accounting software for position in Finance & Accounts).
