MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCE

Tabba Heart Institute (THI), an ISO 9001: 2000 certified tertiary care hospital for cardiovascular diseases with over 400 employees, is looking for a dynamic H.R. Professional to join and support its management team to enhance the overall quality of services of the hospital.

The incumbent should preferably possess a Masters degree in the relevant field with at least 5-8 years experience, ideally in a reputed hospital.

He / She should be well versed with all H.R. functions including making policies and strategies for training, development and retaining of hospital employees at all levels with excellent written, communication and computer skills.
