PIA is undergoing a change process to meet the changing expectations of its customers, employees and its shareholders. To successful meet the challenge to brought in by increasing competition, PIA is looking for professionals with strong leadership ability to strengthen its management team. These are contractual positions for a 05 years term extendable on the basis of performance.

A. Senior / Middle Management Position(s) in Information  Technology

 The incumbent is expected to provide the technology vision and leadership. He/She should be ready to lead a team of professionals to implement value added IT initiatives and be confident to provide strategic direction to IT functions.

• Candidates having four years graduate degree in IT/Engineering/MBA or other equivalent business degree and 7-10 years post qualification experience.
• Maximum age 55 years as on 01.12.2007.

B. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Professionals

PIA is in process of implementing ERP in its HR, Finance and Procurement function and MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) applications in its Engineering function. Experienced ERP and or MRO implementers are required to work with PIA  ERP implementation team and consultants.

• Candidates having four years graduate degree in IT/Engineering/MBA or other equivalent business degree and four years experience as an ERP Implementers in a reputable organization should apply with confidence.
• He / She must be a certified ERP implementer from SAP or Oracle and must have at least one full cycle ERP implementation experience in SAP or Oracle ERP.
• Maximum age 40 years as on 01.12.2007
