The Karachi Stock Exchange is the largest stock exchange in the country and plays a key role in the development of the capital markets of Pakistan. With increasing domestic and foreign investors interest and the prospect of de-mutualization, the Karachi Stock Exchange is seeking high performance professionals to join its senior management team who will report directly to the Managing Director.
GM Customers Services and Investors' Relations
The position will be responsible for developing the Exchange as a Customer Facing Organization. Key Responsibilities include implementing:
- Complaint Tracking System, Call Center Solutions and related CRM applications to manage customers queries and complaints
- Developing processes for efficient complaint resolution for investors and other market participants
- Roll-out of Investor Education Programs
- Developing Corporate Communications Material for all KSE Customer (Annual report, Daily Bulletins, Quarterly News-Letters, etc.)
- Candidate should possess Masters degree with legal background with 5-7 years experience in implementing customer related services and building teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
