A leading international media company is looking at hiring TALENT for its Pakistan Office ( Karachi) for the following positions.

WEB DEVELOPERS

The successful applicant must have at least 5 years experience in ASP. NET (C#), PHP, RoR, Web Services, SQL Server 2000/2005/MySQL and IIS / Apache Web Server. Candidates must also have strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills whilst also complying with web standards coupled with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in C , Relational Database Structuring in SQL 2005. Knowledge of Photoshop and Flash, languages such as VB.NET and ActionScript and advanced topics such as version control systems, test driven development and design patterns such as MVP, TDD and loC are beneficial, buy not essential.

DIGITAL DESIGNER

Require the designer with at least 5 years experience who has skills in working at a high level on commercial and consumer facing websites and interactive solutions both on and offline. This would involve designing websites and user interfaces layouts, working on interactive projects such as video for the web, creating interfaces/solutions in adobe flash, Microsoft Silver light, and creating interactive CD/DVD's. Knowledge of applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Final Cut Pro, XAML or Adobe after the Effects and experience with working with and developing software / web application user interfaces would be beneficial, but not essential.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

You will have all the skills, be 100% familiar with all industry standard software and have a good understanding of the production process in print and digital media. You will have worked to tight deadlines, interpreting briefs, and designing to specifics outcomes, as well as thinking more laterally in order to develop innovative & challenging work. A real team player, you will also inspire, encourage other designers & creatives, at times managing their work, while ensuring quality and efficiency in all you do.

For the above positions, the individuals should be deadline driven and capable of independently delivering great web development work from initial brief to final execution and must be having excellent spoken and written communication skills.
