Supervisor Operations Support: The incumbent will focus towards providing operational support to the Call Canter in terms of Complaint Management and Business Correspondence. Manage a team which entails achieving KPls and monitoring performance also situation and pressure handling. Supervisor Training & Quality: The Incumbent will focus towards providing support and training to the Call Center in terms of development of training Modules Training Management and Assessments Also, managing Quality Assurance of Inbound/ Outbound calls /emails / fax / sms. Monitoring of any illegal activity within the department by managing a team which entails achieving KPls and monitoring performance. Supervisor System & Processes: The Incumbent will focus towards providing support to the Call Center in terms of development and re-engineering of Systems, Workflows, Processes , SOPs and SLAs/TAT. Team Lead inbound / Outbound: The incumbent will manage a team of Cell Center Officers with primary focus on deliverance of highly effective and efficient services over Inbound / Outbound channels . Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills required. Managing routine Call Canter Operations which entail achieving / monitoring daily service target / KPls team management situation & pressure handling , and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidates should have 2 years of call center operations experience with a minimum of Bachelors Degree, however Masters Degree is preferred. Team Leader Training: The Incumbent will focus towards training developing training modules and managing training for call center. He / she will also be responsible to asses the training requirement for the call Canter. Managing a team of trainers which entails achieving KPls & monitoring performance.
