oriented and career driven individuals to the Senior Level Position to be based
in Corporate Office Karachi.
3. Manager Real-Estate and Site Acquisition
Contacts and management of site survey, technical surveys,
negotiation with lesser and getting different NOCs related to site acquisition
processes. Negotiation of business terms of commercial real estate leases.
On-going lease administration. Market analysis and local recommendation. Develop
and manage acquisition channels. Optimize the real estate portfolio for all new
site development and or existing assets.
Experience: 4 years of Commercial Real
Estate/Commercial Leasing or Lease Administration.
Qualification: Higher Degree in Real Estate
Management, Construction and Faculty Management.
